Development of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the water reservoir in the Chełmek forest district. Investment task - Reconstruction of the reservoir along with embankment reinforcement and construction of gates on the inflow stream in the Chełmek forest district. Planned capacity of small retention facilities 75,000 m3. Planned volume of retained water 25,000 m3. The subject of the order will be carried out in two stages: Stage I – submission of an application for approval of the construction design and issuance of a building permit: 1) development of geotechnical documentation – 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party + copies for approvals and permits; 2) development of the Project Information Card (if necessary) – 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party + copies for approvals; 3) notification of activities in accordance with art. 118 of the Act of April 16, 2004, on Nature Protection. 4) obtaining the appropriate water law permit – depending on the investment parameters, this will be a water law assessment, a water law permit, or a water law notification, 5) obtaining a declaration of conformity with environmental objectives from Polish Waters for investments that have a decision on environmental conditions, a water law assessment, a water law permit, or a water law notification has been made, 6) obtaining from Polish Waters the so-called information from the authority responsible for water management, issued on the basis of the Agreement on issuing a document confirming conformity with environmental objectives for projects implemented within the cohesion policy of May 20, 2024, concluded between the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy and the President of the State Water Holding Polish Waters, 7) obtain from the competent Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection a Natura 2000 declaration required for investments applying for EU funds. 8) submission of an application for approval of the construction design and issuance of a building permit. The Ordering Party will approve or submit comments on the submitted documentation and the application for a building permit within 14 days of submission; in the event of comments from the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to take them into account and resubmit the supplemented documentation within the period specified by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party is obliged to approve the supplemented documentation within 14 days or reject it if it finds that not all submitted comments have been taken into account or if the submitted comments have been taken into account contrary to the Ordering Party's expectations. Stage II - obtaining a legally binding decision approving the construction design and issuing a building permit, and submitting documentation that will ultimately serve as the subject of the order in the procedure for awarding the contract for the execution of construction works, including: 1) obtaining a final decision approving the construction design and issuing a building permit; 2) development of the technical design - 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party – within 1 month after obtaining the final/legally binding decision approving the construction design. 3) development of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works – 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party; 4) development of the bill of quantities – 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party; 5) development of the investor's cost estimate using the detailed calculation method – 3 copies in paper version for the Ordering Party; 6) submission of a complete set of design documentation in electronic version in PDF format and in an editable version with a scan, stamped design and technical documentation - executive (identical to the paper version), which has obtained a final decision granting a building permit along with all opinions and approvals – 2 copies on an electronic medium such as a pendrive; 7) submission of bills of quantities and investor cost estimates should also be submitted in electronic version...
