1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, rozbiórka i budowa szkoły podstawowej w technologii modułowej prefabrykowanej, wyposażonej w ukrycie zlokalizowane w części podziemnej budynku, sali gimnastycznej w technologii murowanej wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej: a) rozbiórki istniejącego budynku szkoły, b) budowy modułowego budynku szkoły podstawowej w technologii prefabrykowanej, wyposażonej w ukrycie zlokalizowane w części podziemnej budynku, sali gimnastycznej w technologii murowanej wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną przy ul. Wybickiego 20 w Elblągu, dz. nr 30/24, 30/22, 30/25, 37/4, obręb 3. 2) Wykonanie robót rozbiórkowych na podstawie opracowanej dokumentacji. 3) Wykonanie robót budowlanych na podstawie opracowanej dokumentacji.
