This tender concerns the development of comprehensive design and cost documentation for the construction of a section of Józefa Radoszewskiego Street in Starachowice. The project is divided into three distinct stages. Stage I involves the construction of the street section from its intersection with Benedyktyńska Street up to the bridge over the Kamienna River, including the adaptation of the bridge to accommodate pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Stage II focuses on the construction of parking spaces, lighting, and storm drainage along the segment of Józefa Radoszewskiego Street extending from the overpass to Benedyktyńska Street. Stage III entails the construction of storm drainage from Józefa Radoszewskiego Street along a section of Benedyktyńska Street, leading to the Kamienna River. The detailed scope of work for the design documentation is specified in Annex No. 1. Upon completion, the road will be accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. The contracting authority does not require the employment of individuals under employment contracts for the execution of this specific order, given its nature.
