Benedyktyńska – from ul. Dziewiarzy to ul. Bolesława Śmiałego – for the purpose of building sidewalks within the framework of the "Sidewalk Construction Program" task. b) The ordering party has described the subject of the order using: • Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, • the scope of works constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months. Offers with a warranty period shorter than 24 months will be rejected. d) The ordering party does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing tasks related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship. e) Order execution deadline: 30 months from the date of contract conclusion, including: • Stage I – development and submission of documentation along with the initiation of proceedings for obtaining a ZRiD decision – within 20 months from the date of contract conclusion, • Stage II – obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party an administrative decision allowing for the execution of works along with complete design documentation – in accordance with the scope of works – within 6 months from the completion of Stage I, • Stage III – obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party a final administrative decision allowing for the execution of the road investment – within 4 months from the date of acceptance of Stage II.
