The indicated subject of the order will serve the Ordering Party to achieve the main goal, which is the implementation of the Investment consisting in the construction of an office and service building with the necessary accompanying infrastructure. 3. The documentation for the construction of the office building must be prepared correctly and in accordance with the principles of design, engineering knowledge, provisions of applicable law, using best practices, technologies, functional solutions in the field of modern office building design, and sustainable design standards. 4.
