Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie kompletnego programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego (PFU, zwane dalej także „dokumentacją”) dla planowanego do realizacji w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” przedsięwzięcia obejmującego rozbudowę i modernizację przestrzeni dydaktycznej Wydziału Automatyki, Elektroniki i Informatyki (AEiI) wraz z utworzeniem Living Lab, na podstawie koncepcji będącej w posiadaniu Zamawiającego. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany kwalifikacji powierzchni pomiędzy Living Lab a Wydziałem (tj. zwiększenie powierzchni Living Lab, pomniejszenie powierzchni Wydziału). Rozbudowana część Wydziału AEiI ma być w pełni kompatybilna z istniejącym budynkiem Wydziału, natomiast Living Lab ma być nowoczesną przestrzenią badawczo-dydaktyczną umożliwiającą prowadzenie zajęć dydaktycznych, realizację badań i projektów wdrożeniowych, integrację infrastruktury laboratoryjnej i systemów cyfrowych, współpracę z partnerami przemysłowymi i naukowymi, a także ma mieć elastyczną aranżację przestrzeni oraz możliwość dalszej rozbudowy infrastruktury. 2. Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia: do 3 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy, w tym Wykonawca przedłoży do akceptacji: • I: raport otwarcia – do 14 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy, • II: projekt PFU – do 70% terminu realizacji, • III: koszty – do 15.09.2026 r., • IV: PFU końcowe po uwzględnieniu uwag Zamawiającego.
