Project Development for construction: 5-05-16-040-1 - Poznań - sanitary sewage system in Obodrzycka Street, 5-05-15-114-1 - Poznań - sanitary sewage system in Obodrzycka Street (Sarbinowska 4 and Obodrzycka 63 and 74), 3-05-22-082-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Falista Street, 3-05-17-094-1 - Poznań - water supply system in Unii Lubelskiej and Obodrzycka Streets and author's supervision.

The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the current Building Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-utility program (design documentation including the site development plan, architectural-construction and technical design) for the construction of: • sanitary sewage system with connections in the town of Poznań within the investment task no. 5-05-16-040-1 - Poznań - sanitary sewage system in Obodrzycka Street, including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision/notification of construction works, including obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task, • sanitary sewage system with connections in the town of Poznań within the investment task no. 5-05-15-114-1 - Poznań - sanitary sewage system in Obodrzycka Street (Sarbinowska 4 and Obodrzycka 63 and 74), including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision/notification of construction works, including obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task, • water supply system with connections in the town of Poznań within the investment task no. 3-05-22-082-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Falista Street, including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision/notification of construction works, including obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task, • water supply system with connections in the town of Poznań within the investment task no. 3-05-17-094-1 - Poznań - water supply system in Unii Lubelskiej and Obodrzycka Streets, including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision/notification of construction works, including obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-construction administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task, and performing author's supervision during the execution of works based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the contractor of construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works.
