Development of the Project for the construction of: sanitary sewage system with connections in the town of Puszczykowo as part of the investment task: "3-09-15-134-1 Puszczykowo – water supply system in ul. Janaszka” and water supply system with connections in the town of Puszczykowo as part of the investment task: "5-09-15-135-1 Puszczykowo - sanitary sewage system in ul. Janaszka”.

Development of the Project in accordance with the current Building Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (design documentation including land development project, architectural-building and technical) for the construction of: • sanitary sewage system with connections in the town of Puszczykowo as part of the investment task: "3-09-15-134-1 Puszczykowo – water supply system in ul. Janaszka” including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision / obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-building administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining the building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the Contractor's discretion) • water supply system with connections in the town of Puszczykowo as part of the investment task: "5-09-15-135-1 Puszczykowo - sanitary sewage system in ul. Janaszka” including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision / obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural-building administration body accepting the notification of construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for the subject task (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining the building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the Contractor's discretion) and providing author's supervision during the execution of works based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the contractor of construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Order and all information regarding design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by "AQUANET" S.A., which form the basis for design. Author's supervision shall include: 1. for the investment task "3-09-15-134-1 Puszczykowo – water supply system in ul. Janaszka" • Supervision cards with site visits – 5 Supervision Cards • Supervision cards without site visits – 5 Supervision Cards, a total of 10 supervision cards 2. for the investment task "5-09-15-135-1 Puszczykowo - sanitary sewage system in ul. Janaszka" • Supervision cards with site visits – 5 Supervision Cards • Supervision cards without site visits – 5 Supervision Cards, a total of 10 supervision cards In case of the need to increase the number of site visits or the number of supervision cards without site visits, the unit prices from the Contract for author's supervision for the above-mentioned tasks will be used for settlement, provided that these prices will apply to no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards with site visits and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards without site visits presented above. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
