Development of a Project for the construction of a sewage system with connections in the town of Czerwonak as part of investment task 5-01-24-075-1 - Czerwonak - sewage system in ul. Źródlana and provision of author's supervision during the execution of works.

The subject of the order is: Development of a Project in accordance with the applicable Building Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021, on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional-utility program (design documentation including land development design, architectural-construction, and technical design) for the construction of: • a sewage system with connections in the town of Czerwonak as part of investment task 5-01-24-075-1 - Czerwonak - sewage system in ul. Źródlana, including obtaining a legally binding building permit decision (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining the building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains at the Contractor's discretion) and provision of author's supervision during the execution of works based on the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the agreement with the contractor of construction works until the signing of the final acceptance protocol for these works. Detailed requirements regarding the Subject of the Order and all information regarding design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by "AQUANET" S.A., which form the basis for design. Author's supervision shall include: 1. for investment task 5-01-24-075-1 - Czerwonak - sewage system in ul. Źródlana • Site visit supervision forms – 10 Supervision Forms • Remote supervision forms – 10 Supervision Forms, totaling 20 supervision forms. In case of the need to increase the number of site visits or the number of remote supervision forms, unit prices from the Agreement for author's supervision for the aforementioned tasks will be used for settlement, provided that these prices will apply to no more than 50% of the number of site visit supervision forms and no more than 50% of the number of remote supervision forms presented above. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
