1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na opracowaniu dokumentacji projektowej modernizacji instalacji grzewczej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w Katowicach przy ul. Powstańców nr 28 oraz nr 30 (budynek główny i budynek B) w celu poprawy sprawności cieplnej systemu grzewczego oraz ciepła wykorzystywanego do przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej (dalej: instalacja grzewcza) – przedsięwzięcie termomodernizacyjne. Wartości minimalne określające poprawę sprawności cieplnej (energetycznej) instalacji grzewczej nie mogą być gorsze niż określone w audytach energetycznych sporządzonych w grudniu 2024 r.(zaktualizowanych w sierpniu i grudniu 2025 r.) przez uprawnionego audytora energetycznego, dla budynku przy ul. Powstańców nr 30 oraz nr 28 w Katowicach. 2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ). 3) Szczegółowe warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określają także projektowane postanowienia umowy – załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
