Equipment and furniture – new kindergarten and nursery, GROUP III. PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT - REPEATED PROCEDURE

The Contracting Authority is re-initiating an open public procurement procedure for a separate lot of supplies: Equipment and Furniture – New Kindergarten and Nursery, GROUP III. Playground Equipment - REPEATED PROCEDURE. This procedure will adhere to the rules applicable to the total estimated value of the procurement. In a previously conducted open procedure (EOJN RH Publication Number and Date: 2025/S F02-0007774, July 4, 2025) for GROUP III. Playground Equipment, no tenders were submitted by the deadline, leading to a Decision on Cancellation published on August 12, 2025. The estimated value for GROUP III. Playground Equipment in this repeated procedure, which is being procured separately, is EUR 70,000.00 excluding VAT. The total estimated value for the entire procurement is EUR 320,000.00 excluding VAT. The subject of the procurement is the equipping of playgrounds for a new kindergarten and nursery. This includes transportation, delivery into the facility, installation of equipment, and execution of related works and services to ensure full functionality, in accordance with the project documentation and bill of quantities. All supplied goods must be new, unused, and in proper working condition. They must comply with all requirements of the Contracting Authority, as well as valid Croatian standards, regulations, laws, and technical specifications. All delivered goods must be accompanied by complete technical documentation in Croatian and/or English. Upon handover, the Supplier is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with all available technical documentation and manufacturer's warranty certificates. The minimum warranty period for defect rectification is 12 months.
