Original language: hrPredmet ovog postupka javne nabave je "Opremanje praone po sistemu "ključ u ruke"" za potrebe Županijske bolnice Čakovec. Predmet nabave po sistemu „ključ u ruke” obuhvaća izradu projektno-tehničke dokumentacije, isporuku, dopremu, montažu, instalaciju, ispitivanje i puštanje u rad opreme bolničke praonice te izvođenje svih radova i zahvata potrebnih za potpunu funkcionalnost i zakonitu uporabu sustava. Predmet nabave po sistemu „ključ u ruke” uključuje i izradu svih potrebnih projekata, elaborata, tehničkih rješenja, proračuna, ispitivanja, atesta, certifikata, suglasnosti i druge dokumentacije, kao i izvođenje svih građevinsko-obrtničkih, strojarskih, elektrotehničkih, instalaterskih i drugih radova koji se pokažu potrebnima sukladno ponuđenom tehnološkom rješenju, važećim propisima, normama, pravilima struke i zahtjevima nadležnih tijela radi potpune izvedbe i zakonitog puštanja sustava u pogon. Ponuditelj je obvezan, temeljem vlastitog tehnološkog rješenja i profesionalne pažnje stručnjaka, predvidjeti i uključiti u ponudu sve radove, opremu, materijal, dokumentaciju i aktivnosti potrebne za izvedbu potpuno funkcionalne bolničke praonice, neovisno o tome jesu li pojedinačno navedeni u dokumentaciji o nabavi, ukoliko su isti nužni i predstavljaju preduvjet za isporuku, ugradnju, funkcionalno povezivanje, stavljanje u funkciju i nesmetan rad tražene opreme te zakonito korištenje cjelokupnog sustava. Sva ponuđena oprema mora biti nova i nekorištena te isporučena, ugrađena, spojena, funkcionalno ispitana i stavljena u puni pogon. Ponuđena oprema i cjelokupno ponuđeno rješenje moraju zadovoljiti minimalne tehničke karakteristike i zahtjeve navedene u dokumentu tehničkih specifikacija (Prilog II). Predmet nabave potrebno je izvršiti sukladno važećim zakonima i podzakonskim propisima Republike Hrvatske, pravilima struke, važećim normama i tehničkim propisima koji uređuju predmet nabave, uključujući propise iz područja gradnje, zaštite na radu, zaštite od požara, tehničkih zahtjeva za proizvode i ocjenjivanja sukladnosti, energetske učinkovitosti, zaštite okoliša, gospodarenja otpadom te ostale propise primjenjive na predmet nabave.
