Original language: daUdbuddet omfatter udførelse af oprensning af Frederikshavn Havn samt sejlrenden. Sediment skal nyttiggøres på land, og der kan være tale om, at noget af sedimentet nyttiggøres lokalt til havnens egen nærliggende spuleplads på land (Matrikel 507a, Nordhavnsvej 20, 9900 Frederikshavn). Ellers kan bortskaffelse ske til andre spulefelter, til rensning eller nyttiggørelse hos godkendt modtager. Opgaven omfatter oprensning af et anslået maksimalt volumen på ca. 500.000 m³ (fast mål) sediment. Det forventes, at sedimentet hovedsagelig består af silt. Minimal dybde i området er ca. 3 meter og maksimal dybde er 14,5 meter. Entreprenøren skal kunne varetage oprensning og transport til slutmodtager. Alle nødvendige myndighedstilladelser vil være indhentet af Ordregiverens rådgiver forud for kontraktens opstart. Dog med undtagelse af tilladelser med hensyn til godkendt sejlads, beretning til Sikre Farvande, opfyldning af krav til evt. lodspligt og lignende. Bemærk at nyttiggørelse skal ske til godkendt jordmodtager. Entreprenøren har pligt til indberetning af oprensede mængder, oprensningsmetoden og andre vilkår efter miljømyndighedens tilladelse. Udbuddet omfatter tillige kontraktoption på: Uddybning Såfremt Bygherre ønsker at gøre brug af ovennævnte kontraktoption, skal Bygherre senest den 31. december 2027 meddele Entreprenøren dette.
