1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na opróżnianiu 842 koszy na śmieci o pojemności 40 litrów każdy, ustawionych wzdłuż dróg gminnych w Dzielnicy Ursynów m.st. Warszawy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają:  opis oraz standardy techniczne wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ;  projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2) Obowiązki wynikające z klauzuli społecznej 1. Zamawiający w przedmiotowym postępowaniu stosuje klauzulę społeczną na podstawie art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. 2. Obowiązki wynikające z klauzuli społecznej zostały opisane w par. 15 projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU) stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
