OPSWAT MetaDefender subscription until 2028.12.31

This tender concerns the renewal and expansion of the software subscription for the Magyar Nemzeti Bank's (MNB) current OPSWAT MetaDefender environment. These fixed items are: MetaDefender Platform (MD-PLTF) - 4 units, MetaDefender Windows Package (MD-MSW-16-FED) with 16 multiscanning antimalware engines - 4 units, OPSWAT Central Management (OPSWAT-CENTRAL-MANAGEMENT) - 2 units, MetaDefender ICAP Server (MD-ICAP-SERVER) - 1 unit, and Platinum Support - 1 unit. Additionally, the tender involves expansion services. This includes the delivery of three new MD-ICAP-SERVER – Evaluation products with subscriptions for the period of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, aiming for a total of four ICAP servers (two per cluster). It also covers Platinum Support – ENTERPRISE for these products for the same duration. A critical component of the expansion is the establishment of a fault-tolerant PostgreSQL cluster across up to three sites, supporting both production and test environments, which will serve as the database infrastructure for MetaDefender Core. The MNB will provide the necessary virtualization platform and operating systems. The project further includes the migration of existing database data to the newly established PostgreSQL cluster and the operational support for the entire implemented environment. Integrator support is also required from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, or from the contract signing date until December 31, 2028, if the contract is awarded after January 1, 2026.
