De gemeente Land van Cuijk is groot. De gemeente heeft een oppervlakte zo?n 350 km2 waarvan een groot deel landelijk gebied. In het landelijk gebied komen verschillende opgaven samen. Hiervoor is inmiddels een visie en een bijhorend uitvoeringsplan gereed. Ook voor de deelonderwerpen (Landbouw, Natuur, Energie, Wonen, Mobiliteit etc). Op dit moment wordt het proces van visie en beleid naar uitvoering vormgegeven. Perspectief is om vanuit de huidige organisatievorm te komen tot een toekomstbestendige aanpak voor het gehele landelijk gebied. Projectmatig, duidelijke focus, rolverdeling (taken en verantwoordelijkheden) en bijhorende overlegvormen (zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie). Het projectmatig werken vormgeven, vraagt aandacht. In deze opdracht is het ook van belang om begeleiding te geven aan betrokken medewerkers in het, conform onze afsprakenset, projectmatig uitwerken van de verschillende activiteiten uit de uitvoeringsplannen. Dit vraagt aandacht en daarom is deze opdracht uitgeschreven. Het is van belang om te onderzoeken waar op dit moment organisatorische vraagstukken zitten in de opgaven voor het landelijk gebied en waar nodig aanpassingen of verbeteringen voor te stellen aan het directieteam. En dat alles zoveel als mogelijk binnen de bestaande organisatie. Uitvoeringsplan Landelijk Gebied: https://ons.landvancuijk.nl/documenten/handlerdownloadfiles.ashx?idnv=3034502 Wij verwachten de volgende resultaten: a) Een ingerichte en operationele programma- en projectgovernance voor het Uitvoeringsplan Landelijk gebied; b) Een operationeel plan voor de periode 2026-2027, met daarin per kwartaal de doelen-resultaten-activiteiten c) Aantoonbare coaching en begeleiding van de collega?s binnen het programma op project- en programmatisch werken. d) Een geborgd en overdraagbaar werkproces, waarin collega?s aantoonbaar in staat zijn de programmatische en projectmatige werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit te voeren.
