Organiseren Kandidatenprogramma Opdrachtgever: Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties Het Kandidatenprogramma (KP) is een Rijksbreed, veelzijdig en verdiepend leiderschaps- ontwikkelingsprogramma van DGABD. Wij verwachten van een dienstverlener het KP te kunnen organiseren en te ondersteunen. We zoeken een partij die het KP kan organiseren en ondersteunen terwijl de coördinatoren van DGABD het inhoudelijke ontwerp verzorgen. Voor ons betekent dit een partij die heel goed kan plannen en organiseren, maar ook kan verrassen, helder kan communiceren, creatief is en meedenkt over het concept, stevig kan onderhandelen met sprekers, locatiemanagement doet en een scherpe sparringpartner voor ons is. De opdrachtnemer doet voorstellen m.b.t. locaties, overnachting, vervoer, lunches, diners, sprekers, avondprogramma’s etc. Opdrachtgever beslist – in alle redelijkheid – of deze voldoende passend is bij de doelgroep. Wij sluiten een dienstverleningsovereenkomst met één dienstverlener van 1 juli 2027 tot en met 31 augustus 2034.
