"Organization of the trip of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai (China)"

The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai (China), which takes place from November 5-10, 2026, as part of the "Direction: Export and Investment - Małopolska" project. The order includes the execution of the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of passenger transport at the exhibition site, catering for participants, organization of accommodation for all exhibition participants including breakfast, insurance, and translation services in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. NOTE! In the event of: - a change in the date of the Fair or its cancellation in the traditional format, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country/city of the fair makes it impossible, - extraordinary circumstances occur, independent of the Contracting Authority, in particular related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats, or the issuance of travel warnings by competent institutions (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs) to the place of service delivery or through transit areas, resulting in participants' resignation from participation in the trip for security reasons, and consequently the inability to complete the minimum number of 18 participants necessary for the execution of the order, the Contracting Authority will have the right to annul the proceedings on the basis of Art. 255 item 5) of the Public Procurement Law or to withdraw from the contract on the basis of Art. 456 sec. 1 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in the "Description of the Subject of the Order" (OPZ), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
