Original language: csZadavatel vypisuje veřejnou zakázku s názvem „Organizační zajištění oficiálních reprezentativních ceremoniálů, vědeckých konferencí, slavnostních odborných seminářů a dalších akcí Akademie věd ČR“, financovanou ze státního rozpočtu České republiky. Cílem veřejné zakázky je přispět k reprezentaci, profesionalizaci, vyšší kvalitě a dalšímu rozvoji veřejné služby. Svým obsahem doplňuje mj. odbornou činnost Akademie věd České republiky. Předmět plnění: - Koordinační, organizační a technické zajištění vědeckých konferencí, slavnostních přednášek, vzdělávacích, reprezentativních a oficiálních akcí AV ČR a obdobných setkání zaměřených na oblast výzkumu a odborného vzdělávání prostorách požadovaných zadavatelem nebo zabezpečeným dodavatelem na žádost zadavatele; - Organizační zajištění pronájmu reprezentativních prostor nebo školicí místnosti s možností školního nebo ženevského uspořádání pro požadovaný počet osob a prostorem pro catering, přičemž lokace místa by měla být v okruhu širšího centra hlavního města Prahy, a snadno dostupná veřejnou dopravou, maximálně však 10 minut pěší chůzí či veřejnou dopravou od stanice metra – pokud se akce na přání zadavatele uskuteční v Praze; - Organizace zajištění cateringu; - Koordinace technického zajištění zasedání orgánů AV ČR, zejména Akademického sněmu AV ČR; - Koordinace technického zajištění streamu akcí; - Moderování akcí a podíl na přípravě tvorby textu – v českém i anglickém jazyce (vybrané akce); - Vyhledávání a zajišťování vhodných lokací na akce AV ČR (převážně realizovány v prostorách AV ČR) a doprovodných programů (např. večeře, recepce, prohlídky); - Zajištění doprovodného programu k akcím dle požadavků/parametrů objednatele; zajištění kulturního vystoupení (např. hudební těleso); - Zajištění a koordinace samotné akce v den realizace; - Zajištění a koordinace činností souvisejících s ukončením, vyhodnocením a vyúčtováním akce; - Organizační zajištění realizačního týmu. Jedním z dílčích cílů výše uvedené veřejné zakázky je podtrhnout prestiž a zvýšit odbornost zaměstnanců Akademie věd ČR (potažmo zaměstnanců jejích pracovišť) v souvislosti s realizací předmětných vědeckých konferencí a slavnostních odborných seminářů a dalších akcí. Za tímto účelem se zadavatel rozhodl realizovat toto zadávací řízení směřující k uzavření smluv s vybraným dodavatelem vzešlým z tohoto zadávacího řízení, jejichž předmětem bude poskytování plnění specifikovaného dále v této ZD. Podrobné vymezení předmětu této Veřejné zakázky je obsaženo v příloze č. 2 této ZD a obsahuje specifikaci rozsahu a obsahu předmětu plnění. Rámcová dohoda tvoří přílohu č. 3 této ZD.
