Organizational support for official representative ceremonies, scientific conferences, solemn professional seminars, and other events of the Czech Academy of Sciences

The contracting authority is issuing a public tender titled "Organizational support for official representative ceremonies, scientific conferences, solemn professional seminars, and other events of the Czech Academy of Sciences", financed by the state budget of the Czech Republic. The aim of the public tender is to contribute to the representation, professionalization, higher quality, and further development of public service. Its content complements, among other things, the professional activities of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Subject of performance: - Coordination, organizational, and technical support for scientific conferences, solemn lectures, educational, representative, and official events of the CAS and similar meetings focused on research and professional education in spaces required by the contracting authority or secured by the supplier at the request of the contracting authority; - Organizational support for the rental of representative spaces or training rooms with the possibility of classroom or U-shaped seating for the required number of people and space for catering, with the location of the venue being in the wider city center of Prague, and easily accessible by public transport, but no more than 10 minutes' walk or public transport from a metro station – if the event takes place in Prague at the request of the contracting authority; - Organization and provision of catering; - Coordination of technical support for the meetings of CAS bodies, especially the Academic Senate of the CAS; - Coordination of technical support for event streaming; - Moderation of events and participation in text preparation – in Czech and English (selected events); - Searching for and securing suitable locations for CAS events (primarily held in CAS premises) and accompanying programs (e.g., dinners, receptions, tours); - Provision of accompanying programs for events according to the client's requirements/parameters; provision of cultural performances (e.g., musical ensembles); - Provision and coordination of the event itself on the day of realization; - Provision and coordination of activities related to the conclusion, evaluation, and settlement of the event; - Organizational support for the implementation team. One of the partial goals of the aforementioned public tender is to emphasize the prestige and increase the expertise of employees of the Czech Academy of Sciences (and thus employees of its workplaces) in connection with the realization of the subject scientific conferences and solemn professional seminars and other events. For this purpose, the contracting authority has decided to carry out this tender procedure aimed at concluding contracts with the selected supplier resulting from this tender procedure, the subject of which will be the provision of services specified further in this tender documentation. A detailed definition of the subject of this Public Tender is contained in Annex No. 2 of this tender documentation and includes a specification of the scope and content of the subject of performance. The framework agreement forms Annex No. 3 of this tender documentation.
