Within the scope of the measure, barriers to employment are to be identified, reduced, and eliminated, and participants are to be placed in insured employment. The advertised service aims to holistically support employable, eligible women and systematically guide them towards insured employment. The measure is based on a strengths-oriented approach that equally considers personal, social, and professional development potentials. Barriers to employment that lie in the family or social environment are actively addressed and processed within the scope of the support. Participants are to acquire key qualifications that are necessary for sustainable professional integration. These include self-organization, communication skills, problem-solving competence, basic digital skills, and a realistic understanding of one's own strengths and development potentials. The measure combines individual coaching, labor market-oriented qualification modules, and company trial periods. Coaching serves personal stabilization, clarification of individual problem situations, and the development of realistic career prospects. Qualification imparts professional knowledge and strengthens employability. Internships allow for practical testing, promote career orientation, and support placement in employment. Another focus is on professional support in the application process. Participants receive assistance in creating modern application documents, building a digital application profile, and preparing for job interviews – including video interviews. The design of the measure, including methodology, didactic approaches, temporal structure, and presence formats, is the responsibility of the provider. A needs-oriented concept is expected that integrates modern coaching methods, labor market-relevant qualification content, and close cooperation with regional employers. For the advertised service, a maximum of 25 participant places per month are planned with continuous entry. Unoccupied participant places can be refilled immediately by the client. The client guarantees the contractor at least 21 participant places for the entire contract duration. The contract duration is 12 months. The planned measure duration is from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027.
