Description
Original language: csCílem veřejné zakázky je změna dokončené stavby – stavební úpravy hygienického zázemí a výtahu na spisy. Stavebními úpravami dojde ke změně dispozice stávajícího hygienického zázemí v 1. NP, 2. NP a 3. NP. V 1. NP nově vznikne bezbariérové WC, které bude zároveň sloužit i jako WC ženy, dále vznikne WC muži a úklidová místnost s výlevkou. V 2. NP a 3. NP nově vznikne WC muži, WC ženy a kuchyňka, v kuchyňkách budou instalovány malé kuchyňské linky s horními skříňkami. V místě stávajícího nefunkčního výtahu bude proveden výtah nový, který bude umístěn do stávající šachty, přístup bude nově z chodby u WC. Nejedná se o výtah pro přepravu osob, ale o výtah pro přepravu malých břemen (spisů) do 50 kg z 1. PP do jednotlivých podlaží. Výtah bude mít strojovnu v 3. NP v šachtě výtahu.
Prohlídka místa plnění se uskuteční dne 24. 6. 2026 od 9:00 hod.
