Area 1 Staff rental service Tuomi

The area includes staff rental services for warehouse services (Varasto), internal transport (Siku), and Kätsy shelving service (Kätsy). Tuomi's warehouse services have had an average of six (6) temporary workers daily in the last six months. Some temporary workers work every weekday and some, for example, 2-3 days a week. Due to seasonal variations, shifts cannot be guaranteed year-round. The pool size is currently around twenty (20) people. Most of the orders for Varasto's temporary workers are anticipated orders. Anticipated orders are considered orders placed more than (>) 24 hours before the need for a shift. Most orders for Kätsy shelving service and internal transport are urgent orders. Urgent orders are considered orders placed less than (≤) 24 hours before the need for a shift. Kätsy shelving services have used three (3) temporary workers in the last six months to cover urgent sick leave. It is estimated that a pool of several trained temporary workers would be needed, even if there is no need for temporary labor in some months. The use of temporary labor for internal transport has averaged four (4) temporary workers per month. The estimated need for temporary labor for internal transport is approximately 5000 working hours per year.
