PARTICIPATION REQUEST TAMK D-building Cooperative Project Management Contract

Tampere University of Applied Sciences Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "client" or "procuring entity") is inviting candidates to submit their applications for participation in a competitive negotiation procedure, in accordance with this contract notice and the request for participation and its appendices. The collaborative project management contract encompasses the TAMK D-building project to be constructed on TAMK's Kauppi campus. This project involves building new facilities for TAMK Music, renovating the main hall, auditorium, and foyer, and implementing a new Litukka stormwater connection along with related parking lot construction works. The project comprises the following actions: demolition of the current D-section and relocation of supplies serving the L-building and the main hall that pass through the D-section; construction of the new D-building; renovation of the main hall, auditorium, and foyer; and the Litukka stormwater connection and parking lot component. The construction site address is Kuntokatu 3, 33520 Tampere, property ID 837-132-880-5. A demolition permit exists for the current D-section. The building permit for the new construction and renovation is planned to be submitted in January 2025. This procurement process aims to select a contractor for a comprehensive project management contract for the development and construction of new facilities and renovation works at the TAMK Kauppi campus, focusing on the D-building and associated infrastructure.
