INSURANCE SERVICES

The Contracting Authority is procuring insurance services for a period of 4 years. The insurance services include the following types of insurance: I. PROPERTY INSURANCE a) Basic risks: fire, explosion (and implosion), storm, natural disasters (lightning strike, hail, flood) b) Additional risks: leakage of water and other liquids c) Additional risks: earthquake, falling or impact of aircraft with a 2% deductible, spontaneous combustion of stock II. OTHER PROPERTY INSURANCE a) Breakage of installations, equipment, machinery, and appliances b) Breakage of glass, ceramic, stone surfaces c) Insurance against burglary and robbery in locked premises of the insured. III. GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FROM ACTIVITY - NO DEDUCTIBLE a) Public non-contractual liability of the insured for damages caused to third parties, up to the insurance amount per claim - no deductible b) Insurance of the insured's liability as an employer for compensation to an employee if the employee suffers an injury at work or in connection with work - no deductible c) Liability insurance due to environmental pollution for damages from death and/or bodily injury to persons, and for liability damages due to damage to property resulting from pollution, up to the insurance amount per claim - no deductible IV. MANDATORY MOTOR VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE, CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY AND TRAILERS V. COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY AND VEHICLES – FULL COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE – ALL WITHOUT DEDUCTIBLE VI. WORKER ACCIDENT INSURANCE - 24 HOURS VII. SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEES VIII. DIRECTOR'S LIABILITY INSURANCE The Contracting Authority attaches an appendix with Data for Insurance Policy Creation according to insurance types and descriptions of insured items by insured events, where all types of insurance are described in detail.
