Original language: fiHPK Palvelut Oy: llä on tarve hankkia ostotilauksettomien laskujen reititykseen ja tiliöintiin historiatietoon sekä ennustamiseen perustuva, opetettavissa oleva tekoälypalvelu, jonka avulla laskujen reitityksen automaatioastetta pystytään kasvattamaan sekä laskujen tiliöintiin käytettävää manuaalista työaikaa minimoimaan. Ratkaisu hankitaan määräaikaisena yhdelle asiakkuudelle SAP S/4HANA-ympäristöön.Palvelun tulee sisältää kattavat raportointimahdollisuudet, jotta raporttien avulla pystytään ohjaamaan myös toimittajien (laskun lähettäjien) käyttäytymistä ja näin parantaa ostolaskujen reitittymisen automaatioastetta, sekä tekoälypalvelun ennusteiden oikeellisuutta. Tarkemmat vaatimukset palvelulle esitetään tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen. Se alkaa 1.10.2026 ja jatkuu 31.12.2029 asti. Kauteen sisältyy yksi optiokausi, 1.1-31.12.2030. Sopimus astuu voimaan hankintapäätöksen saatua lainvoiman. Sopimustoimittajaksi valitaan yksi vertailussa eniten pisteitä saanut soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttävä tarjoaja. Hankintaa ei jaeta osakokonaisuuksiin. Tarjousvertailussa hinnan painoarvo on 70 % ja laadun 30 %.Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tarkistaa tarjoajan tarjousasiakirjoissa antamat tiedot ennen hankintapäätöksen tekemistä.
