Předmětem této nadlimitní veřejné zakázky je vývoj a implementace zákaznického systému v podobě programového vybavení statutárního města Ostravy (dále jen „SMO“), určeného pro informování a zapojení veřejnosti do dění ve městě, rozvoj služeb města a podpory sportu, kultury, vzdělávání, cestovního ruchu apod. Konkrétněji je předmětem této veřejné zakázky: - vypracování implementační analýzy a prováděcího návrhu dodávky programového vybavení se zahrnutím současných ICT komponent SMO a třetích stran; - vývoj a dodávka programového vybavení s poskytnutím užívacích práv k tomuto softwaru; - implementace programového vybavení, tj. jeho instalace a konfigurace včetně napojení softwaru na informační systémy SMO a třetích stran; - zajištění pilotního provozu programového vybavení; - vytvoření a dodání zadavatelem požadované dokumentace včetně popisu implementovaných rozhraní a jejich napojení na informační systémy SMO a třetích stran; - poskytování školení interním uživatelům zadavatele, poskytování služby technické podpory provozu, aktualizace a vývoje programového vybavení apod.
