Az adásvételi keretszerződés időbeli hatálya 12 hónap. A MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., mint ajánlatkérő és a szerződéses jogviszonyban vevő a szerződés hatálya alatt az adott szerződés keretösszegéhez képest 50%-os mértékben (nettó 99.500.000.-Ft. összegben) vállal lehívási kötelezettséget az adásvételi keretszerződés 5.2.) pontjának rendelkezése szerint.
