Original language: fiOulu Sinfonia, Beyond the Sky äänitekniikan hankinta Oulun kaupunki, Sivistys- ja kulttuuripalvelut, Oulu Sinfonia (jäljempänä myös "tilaaja") pyytää tarjoustanne Ouluhallissa (11/2026) toteutettavan Beyond the Sky-konsertin äänitekniikasta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.
Tarjouksen tulee sisältää kaikki tarvittava äänitekniikka muut määritellyt tarvikkeet ja palvelut kokonaisuudessaan.
Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 15.11.2026 - 22.11.2026, jolloin tapahtuma toteutetaan valmisteluineen ja purkuineen.
Tarvittava äänitekniikka on eritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä, myös tarkempi aikataulu on tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.
Liite 6 Beyond the Sky Kalustoluettelo - Äänitekniikka.xlsx palautetaan pyydetysti täydennettynä excel-muodossa.
Tarjoaja sitoutuu toimittamaan pyydetyn kaluston yllä olevien liitteiden mukaisesti.
Hankinta sisältää laitteiden toimituksen, rakentamisen ja purkamisen sekä tarvittaessa ylläpidon ja käytön.,
