Tämä on rakennusurakkahankinta jaetun urakan pääurakka alistamisehdoin, jonka ennakoitu arvo ylittää julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista annetun lain 1397/2016 26 §:ssä säädetyn EU-kynnysarvon (Rakennusurakat) 5 538 000,00 € (ALV 0 %). Tämä pääurakka sisältää maarakennus-, rakennustyöt ja pihatyöt tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Hankinta (Jaettu urakka) käsittää nykyisen Kiiminkipuiston koulun yhteyteen rakennettavan uudisrakennusosa rakentamisen ja olemassa olevan koulun muutostyöt sekä pihan muutostyöt. Uudisrakennus rakennetaan erillislaajennuksena olevaan koulurakennukseen. Uudisosa tulee olemaan kolme (3) kerroksinen. Samassa yhteydessä tehdään tilamuutoksia olevassa rakennuksessa, jotta yhtenäiskoulun toiminnot saadaan toteutettua tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Uusien opetustilojen myötä muodostetaan yhtenäiskoulu, jossa myös alakoululaisten ruokailu tapahtuu olevan yläkoulurakennuksen puolella laajentamalla ruokasalia nykyisten kotitalousluokkien paikalle. Koulurakennukset yhdistyvät toisiinsa käytävällä. Laajennus rakennuksen runko on betonielementtirakenteinen. Kantava rakenne perustuu betonipilareihin, deltapalkkeihin ja ontelolaattaholveihin, sekä betoniseiniin. Ulkoseinärakenne tyypillisesti betoni, lämmöneriste ja tiili- tai puuverhous. Välipohjat ovat pääosin ontelolaattaholveja. Yläpohja on betoniholvi ja vesikatto puuristikkorakenteinen rakennesuunnitelmien mukaisesti.
