Objective of the project: The aim is the design, functional, and technical implementation of an open space for movement and social interaction, enabling diverse sporting activities, recreation, and social interaction outdoors. Modern requirements for accessibility, climate adaptation, sustainability, and quality of stay are to be met, as well as the specific wishes of the involved user groups. The facility should not only provide new impulses for promoting physical activity in the neighborhood but also serve as an identity-creating meeting point, complementing and networking the existing leisure and educational facilities (swimming pool, schools, youth club, stadium). Basis of the planning: The tendered service is based on a fully completed and coordinated draft plan (including site and elevation plan, utility and detail plans, quantity plans, and a current cost estimate), which was developed in close coordination with the specialist departments and the public. The following functional elements are part of the implementation: - Loop as a connecting path and movement band: a color-coated, water-permeable asphalt path serving as access and simultaneously as a sports track (skating, jogging, etc.). - In-situ concrete skate park: consisting of a street area with curbs, ledges, banks, as well as a large flow bowl and a smaller bowl with different difficulty levels. - Asphalted pump track: with varying radii and waves, suitable for different age and skill groups (BMX, scooter, skateboard, balance bike). - Ball sports facilities: two soccer courts with synthetic turf, a Panna football arena, and streetball courts with height-adjustable baskets. - Parkour and Calisthenics zones: equipment areas for individual training forms with fall-friendly surfacing. - Central social area: with a covered shelter, seating options, table-bench combinations, and information boards. - Ecological design elements: climate-adapted tree plantings, extensive lawn and planting areas, rainwater infiltration via gravel trenches and hollows. - Technical equipment: lighting with solar technology, drinking fountains, underground hydrants, access points, e-charging facilities. - Accessories and equipment: bicycle racks, waste bins, benches, ball-stop fences, edging. The overall character of the facility should preserve the open green space while integrating modern movement and social offerings of high design and functional quality. Implementation will consider economic efficiency, ease of maintenance, and durability of the materials used. Based on the draft plan provided, the planner must develop a plan ready for approval and execution that integrates all functional and design elements according to this project description. This includes providing complete technical details, material specifications, drainage and lighting concepts, coordination with utility providers, tender documents, and preparation for construction implementation.
