Outsourced ICT Infrastructure Management and associated Services
Description
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust provides a comprehensive range of acute and specialist hospital-based services to the patients of Worcestershire and bordering areas. The Trust employs over 8000 people and has a turnover of around ยฃ750m. It provides a wide range of services to patients in Worcestershire and neighbouring areas including South Birmingham, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and South Staffordshire. High-quality, safe, and timely patient care is underpinned by reliable and effective digital and ICT services. These systems support clinicians and staff in delivering care, enabling efficient hospital operations, and helping to ensure that patients experience coordinated and responsive services. The Trust therefore relies on a range of ICT infrastructure and technology services to maintain continuity of care and support its clinical and operational objectives.
