Leveranseområde 1: Medieovervåking og -analyse.
Anskaffelsen gjelder medieovervåking og medieanalyse for Norsk Tipping. Formålet er å sikre tilgang til en helhetlig løsning for overvåking, innsamling og analyse av redaksjonelt og annet relevant innhold på tvers av et bredt spekter av mediekanaler, herunder trykte og digitale medier, radio, TV, podkaster, blogger, vlogger samt publiseringer fra politiske partier, organisasjoner og andre relevante interessegrupper.
Norsk Tipping har itilegg behov for et analyseverktøy som gir mulighet til å måle og analysere medieomtale, herunder omfang, tematikk og valør. Løsningen skal støtte enkel rapportering og uttrekk av data i et brukervennlig og visuelt tilgjengelig format
Leveranseområde 2: Pressemeldingstjeneste.
Anskaffelsen omfatter pressetjenester og presseportal for Norsk Tipping. Løsningen skal legge til rette for distribusjon av pressemeldinger og annen informasjon til media gjennom oppdaterte adresselister og abonnentløsninger, samt gi mulighet til å måle respons og rekkevidde på utsendt materiale. Videre skal løsningen inkludere en presseportal tilpasset Norsk Tippings nettsider, hvor pressemeldinger, bilder, dokumenter og annet relevant pressemateriell kan samles, publiseres og gjøres tilgjengelig for presse og øvrige interessenter.
