- Toezicht houden B/E/W in de bouwvoorbereidings-, uitvoerings- en nazorgfase;
- Betreft directievoering en toezicht op alle technische disciplines: bouwkunde, beveiliging, brandveiligheid, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, ICT, infra, etc;
