De realisatie van het project “nieuwbouw Technologie & Missie Ondersteuning (T&MO)” op Logistiek Centrum Woensdrecht (LCW) kent de volgende doelstellingen:
- realiseren van efficiëntere vervangende accommodatie ten behoeve van de werkplaats en overige faciliteiten zoals nu gevestigd in MC Dongen;
- realiseren van een gezonde en veilige werkomgeving, waarbij voldaan wordt aan wet- en regelgeving;
- realiseren van een duurzaam gebouw conform de laatste eisen op het gebied van DEM (Defensie Energie Maatregelen).
De scope van de opdracht bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit:
Realiseren van een werkplaats met kantoren voor de verschillende productie-eenheden t.b.v. het 982 squadron T&MO.
De volgende disciplines zijn noodzakelijk:
bouwkunde, constructie, elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige (W&E) installaties, terreintechniek, beveiligingstechniek, ICT, data, bouwfysica.
