Description
Further to your submission of a bid for the above Procurement, on behalf of The Department for Transport
(the "Authority"). I am pleased to inform you that your bid ranked 1
st in our evaluation and therefore we
would like to award the contract to you. The 2nd ranked winning bidder is Addleshaw Goddard LLP who
will also be awarded a call-Off contract.
The attached appendix provides detailed feedback on your submission.
The call-off contract shall commence on 01st August 2022 and the Expiry Date will be 31st July 2024 for a
period of two years with the option to extend by one year. The total contract value shall be £600,000
excluding VAT.
- The contract term has been extended and the new contract expiry date is the 30th November 2025.
- This extension has been permitted to allow for all outstanding invoices to be processed for payment.. CPV: Legal services (79100000). Procedure: Call-off from a framework agreement
