Kiinteistönhoidon tehtävät sekä palvelulle asetetut ehdottomat vaatimukset on määritelty tarjouspyynnössä, tarjouspyynnön liitteissä, sopimusluonnoksessa sekä Granlund Manager -ohjelmassa olevissa kiinteistönhoidon asiakirjoissa. Osa-alueen kohteiden kohdetiedot ovat liitteessä 3a Kohdetiedot. Kiinteistöjen hoito- ja huoltotöiden asiakirjoja ovat perustiedot ja laiteluettelo, palvelunkuvaus ja huoltokalenteri sekä ulkoalueiden asiakirjoja ovat palvelunkuvaus sekä ulkoalueiden hoitopiirustukset (kesä ja talvi). Tarkemmat kiinteistötiedot on saatavissa veloituksetta Granlund Manager -ohjelmasta. Ohjelmaan tarvittavat katseluoikeudet saa pyydettäessä sähköpostilla osoitteesta turku@granlund.fi.
