Alle 20 000 euron arvoiset puitejärjestelyn sisällä tehtävät hankinnat voidaan tilata tarpeen mukaan hankintayksikön harkinnan mukaan soveltuvimmalta puitejärjestelyn osa-alueeseen valitulta toimittajalta osa-aluekohtaisesti. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden määritellä tilauskohtaisen tarpeen ja soveltuvuuden arvioinnin näiden osalta. Yli 20 000 euron arvoiset puitejärjestelyn sisällä tehtävät hankinnat hankitaan kevennetyn kilpailutuksen kautta (minikilpailutus) osa-aluekohtaisesti kyseiseen osa-alueeseen valittujen toimittajien kesken.
