1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa zestawów odczynnikowych do oznaczeń metodą immunochemiluminescencji wraz z dzierżawą analizatora dla UCK, o parametrach, w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załącznikach nr 4A i nr 5A do SWZ. 2. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 4A do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 4A do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 3. Dzierżawiony analizator wraz z wyposażeniem dodatkowym, zwany dalej „sprzętem”, musi spełniać parametry graniczne określone w załączniku nr 5A do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z parametrów granicznych określonych w załączniku nr 5A do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 4. Dzierżawiony sprzęt zostanie dostarczony wraz z osprzętem niezbędnym do jego prawidłowego funkcjonowania.
