Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz zagospodarowania turystycznego do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Świętoszów w roku 2026 - leśnictwa Ławszowa i Jeziornik. Realizacja prac wchodzących w skład przedmiotu zamówienia dla poszczególnych Pakietów będzie się odbywała na obszarze leśnictw – właściwych dla danego Pakietu („Obszar Realizacji Pakietu”). Wskazana w załącznikach wchodzących w skład SWZ lokalizacja (adres leśny) poszczególnych prac leśnych wchodzących w zakres Przedmiotu Umowy ma charakter wstępny. Lokalizacja (adres leśny) poszczególnych prac wchodzących w zakres Przedmiotu Umowy zostanie określona w Zleceniu, z zastrzeżeniem, iż zawsze będzie to Obszar Realizacji Pakietu.
