Package no. 1: Heparins

I. Delivery of medicinal products, pharmaceutical preparations, parenteral nutrition products and renal therapy fluids for SPZZOZ in Nowa Dęba. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order – Assortment and price form, Package No. 1: Heparins. Number of assortment items: 7. The quantities indicated in the Description of the subject of the order – Assortment and price form, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – are approximate quantities, adopted for the purpose of comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller quantity of the subject of the order than specified in Annex No. 2, due to the impossibility of predicting the full demand for the subject of the order covered by this SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the ordered product within the quantities specified in individual items of a given part; changes may concern a decrease or increase in quantity within the range of +/- 30%, provided that the total value of a given part (package) is not exceeded. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and other annexes to the SWZ. II. Information on equivalent solutions: a) The Ordering Party does not limit the subject of the order to drugs listed by name. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers – equivalent drugs/preparations, i.e. those that have the same composition, dosage, and pharmaceutical form. In this position, the appropriate trade name and EAN code of the product (if it has one) should be provided. b) Trade name – if the trade name of a product/company/good appears in any of the SWZ annexes, it means that the Ordering Party was unable to describe the subject of the order with sufficiently precise data and serves only to define the desired standard of delivery; c) In the event that the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order in the description of the subject of the order (annexes to the SWZ) by referring to trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, if this could lead to the favoring or elimination of certain Contractors or products – it allows for the submission of equivalent offers. d) In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 sec. 1 point 2 and sec. 3 of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions to those described are permitted. e) The above description of the subject of the order is for auxiliary purposes only in preparing the offer and is intended to indicate the expected standards regarding the minimum technical parameters of the expected materials and devices. f) An equivalent offer is understood as an offer with technical parameters of durability, quality, and performance not worse than those described by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. g) The parameters indicated by the Ordering Party are minimum, boundary parameters. The term "parameters" includes functionality, purpose, color, structure, materials, shape, size, safety, durability, etc. h) In connection with the above, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of offering materials with different trademarks, patents or origin, but not with different properties and functionalities than those specified in the SWZ. i) Whenever a standard is indicated in this SWZ or its annexes, it should be assumed that the phrase "or equivalent" is used in reference to it. j) If the Contractor does not submit documents in the offer regarding the use of other materials and devices, it is understood that materials and devices proposed in the description of the subject of the order have been included in the calculation of the offer price and for the execution of the contract.
