The transport of all medicinal products will be carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in the current documents confirming the market authorization and use of the subject of the order in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2026.612 as of 2026.05.07) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of October 22, 2022, on the basic conditions for running a pharmacy (Journal of Laws 2025.1579) as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 17, 2025, amending the regulation on the basic conditions for running a pharmacy.
