The Department of General Services is seeking someone to provide complete pressure washing services for the Tyler Parking Garage (Lot 8) located at 1300 E. Main Street, consisting of approximately 295,000 square feet. The scope of work includes comprehensive cleaning of all accessible parking garage surfaces to remove dirt, oil, grease, debris, and other surface contaminants, restoring a clean and safe environment.
