Description
Parkland County (the “County”) is seeking submissions from qualified suppliers for the provision of bottled water delivery and cooler maintenance services at nine (9) Parkland County facilities. The successful respondent (the “Contractor”) will coordinate the supply and delivery of bottled water based on a set schedule and at specified quantities, and will schedule water cooler maintenance services at regular intervals as further described in the RFQ.
Additional Requirements:
On the submission deadline and throughout the course of the Contract, the respondent is required to maintain one of the following: a valid registration of the Certificate of Recognition (COR); a valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC); or a Certificate of Recognition Equivalency Letter (COREL) for out of Province Respondents; as issued by either the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) or another certifying partner authorized by the Alberta Government to issue CORs, TLCs or CORELs. The COR, TLC or COREL must be relevant to the Work. A Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR)) will be accepted. The Safety Prequalification must be issued in the legal name of the respondent.
