En caso de producirse un empate entre dos o más ofertas, se considerará para dirimir tal situación, la calificación más alta obtenida en el ítem de mayor ponderación de las presentes bases; de mantenerse el empate, se aplicará la mayor calificación del ítem que le siga en ponderación y así sucesivamente.
Si la Comisión siguiendo el orden señalado, tiene que aplicar criterios de evaluación que ponderan lo mismo, en este caso operarán esos criterios de evaluación de igual ponderación en el siguiente orden: Primeramente, se aplicará el criterio de evaluaciónN° 5“Experiencia del oferente en ejecución de proyectos semejantes”” y el criterio de evaluaciónN°6“Experiencia del equipo de trabajo en ejecución de proyectos semejantes”.; y luego se aplicará el criterio que continúe según orden decreciente de sus ponderaciones.
De no ser suficiente lo descrito anteriormente, se procederá a utilizar el tercer decimal en la puntuación entregada en la evaluación. En caso de que aplicado este criterio se mantuviera el empate en la puntación obtenida por los oferentes, se preferirá la primera oferta registrada en el sistema de información, conforme a la fecha del comprobante de ingreso de la oferta en el Portal.
