De gemeente Enschede is op zoek naar een gecommitteerde samenwerkingspartner met ontwikkel- en organisatiekracht die samen met de gemeente en in goed overleg met omwonenden en andere belanghebbenden een stedenbouwkundig plan (inclusief een voorstel voor de inrichting van de openbare ruimte) opstelt ten behoeve van woningbouw in de deelplannen B en C van het Boulevardkwartier in Enschede. De focus ligt op samenwerking en het – gezamenlijk - vormgeven van de ontwikkeling. Daarna kan de verkoop van grond aan de samenwerkingspartner plaatsvinden ten behoeve van de realisatie van het project.
