Original language: GermanDie benötigten Pathologieleistungen umfassen dabei insbesondere: - die Erbringung von Histopathalogien/Feingewebliche Untersuchungen aus allen Körperregionen (außer dem Feld der Neuropathologie) - die Erbringung von Zytodiagnostik inkl. Ergusszytologie aus den serösen Höhlen sowie Aspirationszytologie - die Aufarbeitung von Gewebsproben der Brust und der axillären Lymphknoten entsprechend der S3-Leitlinie für die Früherkennung, Diagnostik, Therapie und Nachsorge des Mammakarzinoms - die Erbringung immunhistochemischer Untersuchungen - die Erbringung von In-situ-Hybridisierungen - die Erbringung von Pathologieleistungen im Bereich der Molekularpathologie - die Vornahme von intraoperativer Schnelldiagnostik - die Vornahme von klinischen Obduktionen Derzeit werden jährlich rund 8.000 Einsendungen sowie ca. 10 Obduktionen p.a. für das gesamte Klinikum benötigt. Obduktionen finden in den Räumen der Pathologie statt. Das Klinikum stellt hierfür keine Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung.
