[UNDP-COL-03345 / PRC0173160: Compra Menor de equipos de tecnología para entrega en el ETCR Filipinas, municipio Arauquita, Arauca - ÁREA DE PAZ, JUSTICIA Y RECONCILIACIÓN]La propuesta debe enviarse directamente a través del portal antes de la fecha límite indicada en el Portal Quantum,17 de julio de 2026 a las 15:00 horas, hora del sistema que corresponde a la ciudad de Nueva York. En caso de discrepancia entre el plazo del sistema y el indicado en otro lugar, prevalecerá el plazo del sistema.Cualquier solicitud de aclaración se recibió por escrito a través de la funcionalidad de mensajería en el portal antes del 15 de julio de 2026.
El PNUD responderá por escrito incluyendo una explicación general de todas las consultas recibidas sin identificar la fuente de cada una de estas, días después del cierre de la recepción de estasPor favor, indique si tiene intención de presentar una oferta creando un borrador de respuesta sin presentarla directamente en el sistema.
Esto permitirá que el sistema envíe notificaciones en caso de que se modifiquen los requisitos de la licitación.
