(参加申請書提出日以前３ヶ月以上の直接的かつ恒常的な雇用関係があること)南アルプス市公告第24号入 札 公 告 南アルプス市が発注する次の案件は、事後審査型条件付一般競争入札(電子方式)により行うので、入札参加資格等について、地方自治法施行令第167条の6第1項の規定により公告する。
令和8年4月10日契約締結日の翌日から令和８年７月３１日適用(変動型)免除要参加資格建築一式(第１希望)、南アルプス市等級格付Ｂ・Ｃ単体南アルプス市内に本店平成２８年４月１日以降完成引渡し済みの工事で、今回の対象工事と同種の公共工事(建築一式)で、官公庁から発注された元請工事１件の請負金額１００万円以上(全体工事費)の施工実績を有する者であること。

・一定の資本関係又は人的関係のある複数の者の同一入札への参加は認めないものとする。
・落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に消費税及び地方消費税の額を加算した金額(当該金額に１円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てた金額)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税の額を含まない金額を入札書に記載すること。
・消費税率については、引渡し時点における消費税法(昭和６３年法律第１０８号)及び地方税法(昭和２５年法律第２２６号)の施行内容によることとし、必要に応じて、引渡し時点における消費税率を適用して契約を変更するなどの対応を行うこととする。
・落札者(随意契約の場合にあっては、契約の相手方)は、建設業法(昭和２４年法律第１００号)第２０条の２第２項の規定に基づき、工期又は請負代金の額に影響を及ぼす事象が発生するおそれがあると認めるときは、落札決定(随意契約の場合にあっては、契約の相手方の決定)から請負契約を締結するまでに、契約担当部局に対して、その旨を当該事象の状況の把握のため必要な情報と併せて通知すること。

(※２)当分の間、電子メールによる申請書類(ＰＤＦに限る)の提出も可とする。
