工事費内訳書の提出・工事費内訳書には、数量、単価、金額を記載すること。
(必要な場合)・工事費内訳書は、市担当者が確認の上、鯖江市において保管する。
落札決定にあたっては、入札書に記載された金額に、当該金額の１０％に相当する額を加算した金額入札書に記載する金額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は消費税に係る課税事業者であるか免税事業者であるかを問わず、消費税相当額を除いた金額を入札書に記載すること。入札書に記載された金額の110／100に相当する金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り捨てた後に得られる金額をもって申し込みがあったものとする。
入札に参加する者に必要な資格のない者、当該資格の有無に係る審査の申請において虚偽の申請を行った者ならびに工事入札心得、その他あらかじめ公告等において示した条件に違反した者のし入札の無効 た入札は無効とする。
また、確認を受けた者であっても、申請書提出後入札までに指名停止を受けた者または入札時点および開札時点において入札参加資格のない者のした入札は無効とする。
工事費内訳書の提出を行っていない者が行った入札は無効とする。
閲覧図書の確認を行っていない者が行った入札は無効とする。
落札者の決定方法予定価格の制限の範囲内の価格で入札した者のうち、最低の価格をもって入札をした者を落札者とする。(同一価格の入札をした者が複数ある場合は、くじにより落札者を決定する。)その他・この入札の入札回数は２回を限度とする。(再度の入札執行は、初回の開札終了後入札執行者の指定する時刻に行うため、入札参加者は開札に伴う一連の手続きが完了するまでは、電子入札に関る電子計算機の近辺において待機していなければならない。)・入札において入札参加者が２人未満となった場合は、入札を打ち切るものとする。
・入札参加者は、工事入札心得および鯖江市工事請負契約約款等を熟読し、これらを遵守すること。
・入札に必要な事項や様式については、鯖江市ホームページにて確認すること。
