公告一般競争入札の実施次のとおり地方公共団体の物品等又は特定役務の調達手続の特例を定める政令(平成七年政令第三百七十二号)の規定が適用される契約に係る一般競争入札を実施します。
令和八年五月十五日山口県知事村岡嗣政一入札に付する事項次に掲げる物品等の購入㈠物品等の名称及び数量交通信号灯器八二九台㈡物品等の特質等入札説明書及び仕様書による。
㈢納入期限令和八年九月三十日㈣納入場所契約担当者が指定する場所二入札参加資格入札に参加できる者は、次に掲げる要件のいずれにも該当する者とする。
㈠地方自治法施行令(昭和二十二年政令第十六号)第百六十七条の四第一項各号のいずれかに該当する者でないこと。
㈡地方自治法施行令第百六十七条の四第二項各号のいずれかに該当して一般競争入札又は指名競争入札に参加させないこととされている者及びその者を代理人、支配人その他の使用人又は入札代理人として使用する者でないこと。
㈢県が発注する物品等の製造の請負、物品等の買入れ、借入れ及び売払い並びに業務の委託の契約に係る一般競争入札又は指名競争入札に参加する者に必要な資格並びに資格審査申請の時期及び方法等に関する告示(令和七年山口県告示第二百十四号)又は県が発注する物品等の製造の請負並びに物品等の買入れ及び借入れの契約に係る一般競争入札又は指名競争入札に参加する者に必要な資格及び調達する物品等の種類等に関する告示(令和八年山口県告示第五十二号)に基づく資格審査において、電気通信機器について物品等の買入れ及び借入れの競争入札参加資格を有する者であること。
㈣令和八年五月十五日から同年七月一日までの間のいずれの日においても業務委託及び物品調達等に係る競争入札等参加停止措置要領に基づく参加停止を受けていないこと。
三契約条項を示す場所山口市滝町一番一号山口県警察本部警務部会計課四入札説明書及び仕様書の交付山口県警察本部警務部会計課において交付する。
五入札書の記載方法、提出場所及び受領期限㈠記載方法落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の百分の十に相当する額(その額に一円未満の端数があるときは、これを切り捨てる。)を加算した金額をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、見積もった金額の百十分の百に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
㈡提出場所山口県警察本部警務部会計課㈢受領期限令和八年六月三十日午後五時(入札書を持参する場合は、令和八年七月一日午前十一時)六入札を執行する場所及び日時㈠場所山口市滝町一番一号山口県警察本部三階会議室㈡日時令和八年七月一日午前十一時七入札保証金免除する。
八無効入札次のいずれかに該当する入札は、無効とする。
㈠入札参加資格のない者がした入札㈡記名のない入札㈢㈠及び㈡に掲げるもののほか、入札に関する条件に違反した入札九落札者の決定方法山口県会計規則(昭和三十九年山口県規則第五十四号)第百五十四条の規定に基づき定められた予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行った者を落札者とする。
十その他㈠契約担当者山口県知事村岡嗣政㈡契約手続において使用する言語及び通貨日本語及び日本国通貨㈢契約書の作成の要否要㈣契約保証金免除する。
㈤この公告後に、当該入札に参加するために必要な一般競争入札の資格審査の申請をする場合は、令和八年六月二十四日午後五時までに山口県会計管理局物品管理課(電話〇八三―九三三―三九六〇)に申請書を提出すること。
